Friend still can not post

I have a friend with account name Vixia that signed up for the forums about 2 months ago. She is still not able to reply to threads. She said she tried to contact support a few times, but has not gotten any responses. Any ideas?

I don't know. Gree doesn't really care about it probably. U can send a email but they won't fix it. They couldn't care less

Yes, one of my teammates has the same issue and same response (or lack of it).
It's a pity, the best thing is tot try and create another account and see if she can reply with that one.

I had this trouble also with this account.
found out that when I was putting my email in, it was capitalizing the first letter so that I would not receive the confirmation email from gree.

If you dont confirm, you cant post.
so I had to re register, hence the hashtags. and use a different email account

Maybe there is a rule around number of posts in the same thread, so they are not counted?

Yay, I´m in! :D But with a change in the nickname since I never got the registration mail. Well, maybe I did but it must have been sorted as spam. Had to use another emailadress now.

Is there any way to delete the other account? Couldn't find anywhere to do that.
