I have tried to purchase gold and it does not appear on my player account although its being charged to my card. Please fix asap!! My energy is also regen slower than normal. I NEED my gold!!

Hope you sent in a ticket. There's no way to know any info they need from the forums.

sometimes fully closing the game out then going back in will fix on my ipad. If that doesnt work you have to log a ticket.

You just need to be patient. I know its fustrating but only support can help, i'm sure they are busy and will get to you when they can.

yea, they're busy counting cash people have paid .. they will get back to the "customer satisfaction" part soon .. very soon .. oh what am i talking about, gree and satisfaction, doesn't sound right.

The support team actually do a pretty good job. I'm sure the glitches and bugs keep them just as fustrated as us and also busy fixing all the f'ups.

It would be a never ending queue of request rolling in, one after the other....

I've had the same problem. Sent a ticket and after 5 days the gold was credited to my account. Apparently there is a problem with Google play store. I don't know if you are on android, but you will get your purchase eventually, albeit probably too late for your needs. Bought more yesterday, and now going through the same process.

I have 461 Gold but have no idea what would be best for me to use it on...what would I benefit most, eg weapons and defence armour, or buying buildings ?

I'm missing a vault and have sendt 5 mails abouth a week ago and still no reply...

Or even better, if possible reset your account. You can get better stats in about a week with a new game
