BOO! BOO! Support refuses grand prize for completed FLTQ/ILTQ #1137621

My faction mate did not receive the grand prize for completing the Balkan blitz FLTQ and ILTQ. He submitted a ticket (#1137621) to gree. The response? No, player would not receive the grand prize and the matter closed.

To reiterate:

Player got this prize for finishing individual LTQ:

I would just tell your friend to stay persistent and continue to send tickets. Can't imagine Gree not awarding him the unit, if theres clear proof that he completed both goals.

There was no rationale from gree support. It was 'sorry, no. The matter is closed.'

I took the screenshots from his inventory. Is that enough proof?

I really think it is absurd and quite sad that someone needs to be persistent with support, particularly over such a clear cut matter.

Only reasons I can see that he might not have received the grand prize are:
1) If he joined a faction without having completed each goal along the way.
2) Completed the final individual and/or faction goal after the event ended.
Otherwise the reward should have been automatic.

Played ALL LTQ, didn't change factions, did everything Gree said I should do.
There is no excuse to not get the reward. Spent over $1000 in Gold to pursue the award.
Awaiting Gree to do the right thing.
This happening out their to others.
This will be the final test whether I stay in MW or sell off
All bldgs and move on with my life beyond Gree.

Spent ?$1000.00!? Mate u and money shuld b separated asap. Give half that to a charity, spend $250 on your car $250 on other tangible things that actually exist. I recently submitted a request to gree about an accidental land expansion costing me 280 gold. The first ticket went 5 days and nothing happened. I submitted another one and in the title I wrote "Gold Program member needs help". I then proceeded to kiss their butt and tell them how much I love the game and wished I had more money to spend on gold. Guess who got a response within 4 hours? That's right folks... Kiss their butt and get what you want. Tell them your frustrations and they move on to the next one. Lesson learned....

If you did stay in a faction, or even different factions to complete all the missions and get all mission rewards, I would say you well deserve the final unit. HOWEVER, I have seen ppl who just prestaged the last mission and join a faction that has trouble in finishing the last mission. YES, you will get the unit for completing the last mission, it doesn't mean you complete the event. IF unfortunately you "finished" FLTQ like this way, dont waste your time to come here and whining about why you didn't get the combined award unit.

Faction Goal before last war my entire Faction was stuck on 6/12. spent tons of GOLD and it still would not progress.
Could have finished Presige. Contacted Gree. They said they fixed the issue x3. Not. I demanded that we recieve the prizes. Did we? yea sure, not on your life. BS BS BS
