If I get a new phone and swap out my s.d. card.Will it transfer my account.
I have 11 4 star armors.I don't how to transfer my game.
Is it my code?
I don't want to loose my account and my guild I in and help make.

If you follow the instructions, it takes about 3 days to get the transfer done.

In the game, go to Menu>FAQ>Contact us

But be ready for them to do NOTHING at all.

I have sent 3 tickets in.

First 2 were closed saying thanks for contacting us, hope we solved the issue, without doing a damn thing

The current one, I have had several replies with the SAME info and yet nothing done.
Even tried to PM Wise one and Elita for halp and no reply.

Gree has piss poor support, here and in game.

My only option is to bombard with phone calls and spam tickets at this point.

Thanks for a great C.S, experience Gree, a Jew would get better help from Hitler.

ermm... It actualyl takes longer than that... 3 days is probably only if you're lucky.
I've been waiting for a transfer for 2 weeks now!

If they don't act soon, I'm gonna leave the game.

Is there any trick to getting their attention? I've been waiting a week with no reply, missed the entire guild war. Very annoying.

I have no idea what you did to have your transfer in 3 days, but for mine it took two weeks just to have someone looking at the request.

on Nov 4 i received my brand new Nexus 5, installed the game to find it was not working. I could not submit any account transfer request because i had no ID on the new device (it crashed at start) so i kept my old phone just for keeping the account. I submitted a ticket with details on the issue.
on Nov 15 they fixed the issue, and I submitted a transfer request, providing 100% of the required info, also attaching receipts of my purchases as proof.
on Nov 21 they wrote me an automated email asking if i still needed support. I replied i still did.
on Nov 26 they wrote to me some nonsense about an issue with some armor not appearing, probably just the reply to another ticket. I replied pointing out my request was for an account transfer, and i still needed it.
on Dec 2 they wrote me the figures do not match (i have changed my in-game name with respect to the original request, due to a GW that happened in the middle), and they asked me the dates of my last purchases. Apparently they didn't bother to open the receipts that were added to the first request. I replied attaching again the receipts, and giving the details of all the purchases made on the account, with dates and amounts.

That's encouraging. Just bought the s4 & submitted ticket a few days ago...maybe have transfer by Christmas

Bwahaha. Expect 6 weeks for a reply that was for me and then it wasn't done. I just got my old phone info with android id and did it myself via xprivacy.

I read on wiki that it can be done through ti backup...can anyone confirm that. May be a quicker option

No it can not. Ti backup will corrupt your data and you will be banned. You need to spoof gsf id and your phones info.

I just got my gf into the game and she went out and got a new phone and didn't keep it, so now we are waiting on a response from GREE to transfer the account to the new iphone but with responses like this I'm just nervous we'll be screwed. I even paid to have her open a handful of the yule chests...

Does sending in multiple requests help at all? I mean it just seems unfair to spend over $100 and then just lose it due to lack of support.

Multiple tickets have helped alot of people. Others just got ignored. Dont expect anything right away and have alot of patience :)

I have her added on my phone and she remembered her knights names and the armor involved, etc. We have all the information and the charges to itunes for the game as well, we just need GREE to answer us. GREE PLEASE SAVE US!

I'm the GF! Still waiting on someone to review the tickets. Hopefully sooooon! That Red Kale ain't gonna level itself. :/ Lesson learned on binding accounts, though.
