When do Normal and Elite Raid Boss Levels Sync Up?

Has anyone posted this yet? My guild just finished level 25 normal which was synced with level 1 elite. I aam wondering when they will be back in sync. Thanks!

They got back in sync with lvl 28 and hero 2. Kill one lvl 55 boss. Now 29 seems out of sync again as its a lvl 45 in 15 minutes yet hero 3 is 3 lvl 50 in a row

Levels 30/39 (5 Lvl 50's) & 3/33 (3 Lvl 50's in a row) work together.

Back in sync with regular 30 get 5 lvl 50 and hero 3 get 3 lvl 50 in a row

So far it looks like the sync ups are the same as last raid boss.

Levels 31/39 & 4/33 sync. One level 60.

Level 35/39 and 8/33 sync. 1 boss level 55 in 15 minutes
Level 36/39 and 9/33 sync. 5 bosses level 60 and 3 bossesl level 60 in a row

What does lvl 39 require?
