Raid boss crashing!!!

I don't want to let this lvl 5 escape...... The game crashes everytime I select fight a the Boss select screen.... I'm fully updated on the game and my OS

From initial investigation, it looks like the fog effect might be too much for older devices. We're changing the effect to rain for now so we can do heavy analysis on what's wrong with the fog later.

Did that... Still crashed.... We have one play who can fight so she will do the lower lvls...

Crashing resolved by restarting for me.

In other buggy news, I won an "epic" prize! Only problem is my "epic" prize has 1/4 the stats of the other epics. In fact, it's stats are lower than the "rares". What is up with that? Gree, will you please fix the Ancient Shaman stats (518/424) to be in line with the other epic prizes (1,980/2,436, 1,675/2,741)?

When I try to start the game I get the message "Kingdom Age did not load correctly. Please try again or contact customer support for help". If I try "retry" the game freezes.... Ok, I can try to contact customer support 😄 but I think freezing is more successful...

Have you tried to delete and re-install the app?

For my LLP i was crashing hard so deleted reinstalled and now just crash after raiding or attacking (like all older iOS devices still do) but raid boss working
