I think it's fair to think that a 7 hour building is pointless to some. I don't check the game, nor do I plan on signing into the game on 7 hour intervals. Which is why I don't bother with anything besides 12, 24, or 48 hour buildings. It works for me.

For instance, my camper account has only about 300k iph. I make about 6-7m a day just signing in once. People that level with that income couldn't afford a lte building unless they saved for a long time. Why? I'm accumulating a very large portion of my theoretical income while they are only collecting a small portion because they would have to collect their 5 minute buildings, 30 minute buildings, 1 hour buildings, etc. Now you can collect all of these but honestly no one does.

Edit: yes you can collect at the those common hours, but with school/work or whatever happens, it's very difficult to collect these on consistent times daily. Maybe it's easy for you, which in that case is why I'm just showing you why it won't help me.
