Lvl 29, 372k attack and 327k defence player looking for a syndicate

I am level 29 and do have 372k attack and 327k defence, yes. I'm not like any ordinary camper though, I am willing to help in SLTQ's as well as guaranteeing 100 boss kills. Looking for a syndicate that can finish all/most SLTQ's and boss events, but also a syndicate that can finish within the top 250 (don't mind hitting the wall or pa the dl, I'm a big team player) :).
