You gotta work your way up to the top.

Edit: I've worked my way up from top 4000 all the way to top 50, no gold used. You just gotta be very active.

every day you play there is a stronger player that quits.
within a few months you will be one of the top after all stronger player have quit the game and joined real life lol

I disagree, especially these days with SLTQs and the raid bosses. You don't need a high ranked syndicate to grow your stats. You do need a reasonably well-organized one that uses some sort of external communication (GroupMe, Kakao, etc.) for coordination.

You should be able to grow your stats easily in a top 250.
