Mods please help with missing win

We are still missing a win from the Battle

we matched 67 times won 50 lost 17 but your screen shows as 49 won 17 lost 66 matches

As you can see from the screens below we matched 67 times we won 50 of those matches.

also let me be clear all matches had been battled by both teams so both teams had been active even we had a few that could get in but we still battled

Will this be corrected so we receive our 50 win prize?

Much better if you have screen shots of win. The pop up which shows up at end of a battle. :)

No only one or two we saved for the highlight board but we used some gold and this not our error and all we ask is for them to look and see we are off by 1 and award the prize that was won and paid for with gold and more importantly time.

They are all from one persons screen shots not everyones and its GMT No UTC/GMT offset

Its simple fight was won but not added same as others

The same thing happened to my team and my friend's team. Our first win during the first hour was not counted and my friend's team's 2nd battle win was not counted.

I also sent a support ticket right after it happened. No response yet.

Well you certainly have the 67 declarations but now the only question is did you win 50. I 'm pretty sure it'd be easy for GREE to look into that...

That should be an easy check for them look at our first three matches.

and what about all the others stuck in matching.

Easy fix.... how long did it take 24hr ok so you take their win percentage for the rest of the event and give them that % of wins over the 24hr period they lost. works well for streaks but not for rank but at best states they give two hoots
