Im gettin unknown error retry when tryin to load, i was in then left went back 5 mins later and wont load

restart phone.

try load your wifi again. otherwise check the internet connection or go wireless.

try again try again. don't wait to long.

Create a ticket here by signing up, if you have already sent a ticket in the past you probably already have an account and can recover your password. I am on day 6 without a response to my ticket and I sent in way before WD messed up on the weekend. Enjoy the wait!
