For some reason a lot of email host don't seem to get the activation email. Try a gmail account.

i had that problem at first. i just created a gmail account and registered with that, everything in the world is now fine.

Took me almost a year and who knows how many tickets and emails to gain access. They kept telling me to check my spam folder for an email that was never sent. Good luck, I hope the above advise helps you.
