Has anyone ever seen this when trying to buy gold

I am not sure how to post a picture so I just wrote it out. But a member in my faction can not buy gold because every time he try he gets that message. He has gotten one vault this war and he is trying to buy his second vault so he has gotten gold before but now this has been coming up on him for the last hour or so. Has anyone else had this problem before or know what to do

This is something Greedy will fix right away. They are losing revenue and that is not good. Never mind all of the other issues with the game.
