Admin help update made device non-compatible

Ok the update came through my tablet is still acting funny but my second device is not longer compatible! Help please I will loose a major account do to this! And in the middle of WD is unacceptable!

Probably notify the game developers so they can fix the issue he's having?

I can't send a support ticket because I can't even get into my account to send it! So yes I am looking for a moderator to communicate the issue to developers. I also would point out why would anyone post here unless you are looming for developers to help fix game issues!
