I didin't see where i could post this so i made a new Thread.

Could Gree make a thread whit your e-mail in it and what for you can mail them,
and how long it wil takes when you get an email back.

Menu --> options --> faq --> contact us --> choose from the options there and email them.
expect about 2-3 days for a response. (longer if they get spammed)

Took 1 day to respond my email. But that was few weeks ago. Longer queue now I assume with all the ban hammering going on.
