Didn't get anything awarded for the second battle win for us either.

After the first win didn't count we were fighting in the second battle when we all got 'congratulations you received, x amount of ip', but these ip weren't added to our total and so we lost this battle, with 0 points and no one has energy left.

Our win didnt register and the complete quest didnt pop up but myself and a few syndicate members received the reward for it. Check your inventory.

they might try and say you moved teams. they did that to me to try and get out of giving my team a weapon the once.

Just one our 9th straight battle and haven't received a prize for even the fourth consecutive win along with my entire faction, my individual awards are significantly behind too. I can't wait to get it sorted, 2020 will be a great year

I do appreciate that there were loads of glitches over the first battle or two but GREE sorted it relitivly promptly I can see no reason whatsoever why this has not been rectified.

I haven't received any of the damn awards and I have sent gree ticket after ticket and even a screenshot and have received NO reply and have yet to receive rewards. Why would I pay money to play if my efforts are in vain and are giving my competitor's an unfair advantage!!!. I am pissed off because I am losing thousands of stats that could help me win more battles. What the he'll do we have to do to get our rewards?????? I think I'm going to start posting my ticket numbers in the forums.
