They can't refund what's not been spent... Wait for cpl more hrs, they will xtend cpl more hrs and all good... I think they packed their lunches and left for Hawaii to feast for weekend - no support left, only 1 geek in room to wipe dust off real gold bars they bought for our moneys ^_^
