For all the frustrations & we all know there are many, there are sooooo many that keep coming back & soooo many that continue to do nothing but complain. Congratulations to all those ex-players that have won by deleting the app & walking away.
Without that sort of action ( mass action is needed) then comtempt and screw ups will be the only thing you can guarantee from GREE.
Money & time invested is obviously a huge hook for so many but if you bought a game on Xbox for $100 & played it for 6 months would you feel this same attachment to it? Probably not.
View this game as the same thing.

1, swap emails with those players you want to stay in contact with,
2 complain to your reseller of in game gold if you think can get some back & then
3, walk away.

That's my plan because my time is more valuable to me than to waste on a situation that we all know will never change.

From talking to syndicate members, ipad on old rev of CC got in, another ipad on same rev could not get in. iphone with previous rev and iphone with newest rev also cannot get in, this has nothing to do with revs....makes perfect GREE sense.

I truly feel sorry for Grees honest employee's who come on here trying to help but do not at all, I have barely been on CC this week since the Epic Boss fiasco, have been introduced to a new game which is actually fun, you do not need to spend buckets of money and the game developers treat their "CUSTOMERS" with a degree of respect. I have not bought gold this war and do not intend to as it will be my final battle if this one is anything to go by. iPhone 4S- Level 237, will not connect (neither wifi nor 3G).
iPad mini- Level 135, connects and no problem with wins/losses.
iPad 1- Level 59, connects, but in a different syndicate than other 2 devices and the first win does not reflect.

Aside from the obvious disadvantage in the battles (hard to win with half the syn unable to connect, and good luck meeting all the goals being out for the start), it's really disappointing that I can't finish the LTQ where I had planned to.

But we shall see, patiently waiting for the solution and how this one is made up to all affected.

I just heard from my friend : Gree had to remove a bunch rented servers from there server farm due to the high level of refunds. This was to offset costs but should not have impacted the service as they were redundant back up servers.

Wow... I am an IT engineer and am amazed this is still happening... My systems are up 99.9% of the time and the users still are outraged when there is downtime.... This is just unacceptable by all IT standards.

I bought gold minutes before the crash... We then lost to a team that we should have destroyed after 90%+ of our team could not even help.

In all fairness I was just able to connect to a server... Unfortunately it was not GREEs server but a much nicer server that refunded my money for gold purchased...

One of the guys in our syndicate is saying its a coding error effecting people over level 200 because the max level is to be increased to 300 after war but not sure how correct this is. I have two accounts 1 under 200 that is working and 1 over which is not

That was my other theory - the guys who are shut out in our team seem to be all L200+ but I don't know if that's true of all the folk on these threads

Seems all minis in my syndicate can get in. Even my level 217 can but anyone level 245+ can not connect. I just tried it too. No it's not fixed!!! It will never be fixed to compensate us the consumer who were screwed out of collecting our buildings, competing in events, upgrading ltb's etc.

I am able to,log in again but really Gree, show some justice, give us back our lost free hits, modest math says that 25 gold for each hour lost is a minimum fair fix for what many of us have lost.

No compensation or extension of the battle please. Our team did pretty good when many was unable to login so that's "compensation" enough for us lol.
