Phone offers from telemobi

i just did a phone offer from telemobi that priced less than 4€ a week, from the game free offers menu. I inserted my phone number, click send pin, but no pin was send to me. After a while, the popup said to send if the pin was no working a message to the number whit the activate message. I activated the service, the money was billed from my phone credit but i didnt received any gem, and the offer is still capable of being did again from my free offers menu.
I send a tiket, how much time is taken to reply?
I need help, cause i was planning to spend those for the gwen gem jubilee!

Tickets usually aren't responded to for at least 2 weeks. Two things could happen:

1. You get the gems later. It sometimes takes a while.

2. Nothing. By the time they respond and fix the problem, (if they do at all) the Gem Jubilee will be over.
