Video Offers Buggy

We have been having some issues with video offers. Today, I got off of school and did some video offers. I got more than usual, so about 12. Another person in my guild also did like 30. We both got 0 gems. We both did it within the hour. I don't know whether it is a US thing or a all world thing, but please fix this.

I noticed that when I turned off my wifi and used just cell connection (on iOS), I received gems from two downloads I'd done days earlier.

I usually always leave wifi on. I also think that I received more and different vid offers when I switched to cell. Although that could have been coincidence.

This happens from time to time with me. If I notice I have the same video offer, I suspect if I watch it I will get nothing for it.

Usually, I will only get the gems for the 1st time I see a video, not a duplicate. So if the offers has 2 videos, but I end up watching 7 of the first one and 3 of the 2nd, I usually get just 2 gems

And then I can usually watch a few more. So don't always stop once it says none left.

Already tryed that and i am still doing it a few times every day. No offers unless its just after 1st of each month.

I'm a new player, have been playing for about one month.
During my time here I have only seen one video offer.
Are they subject to one's place of living ?

This happens to me 100% of the time. I've never had the video start the first time I click it. Usually the second time works.

Lol I have unlimited offers and do afew hundred a day here. I leave an old phone running with a not script in fact that just does em for me I just leave it plugged in. Good times.

Very odd that you are the only one still with unlimited offers. Hard to believe. Keep trolling :)

I have many problem when a video does not play and it crashes the whole game. This was especially happening with the toy soldier game.

Load up the video to watch it but just get a black screen, it finishes loading but no video. I have watched many of them with no problems until lately. If I back out of video, it says I wont get the gem or continue watching. one time I just waited 5 mins, black screen whole time, had to back out, no gem no video. Also tried reloading video, no go. New video codec I am missing? Android.
