I signed up for the bonus program, and has already been more than a month but the gold and do not overcharge.I wrote to tech support but the answer is no. Why do not you answer no to any game on the forum or by e-mail? Email newsletters on notice only comes about buying it.

Ouch, did you get your conformation email that you were entered? If so, I am sure you spent at least the minimum of $500 USD per month time frame. They owe you some gold.

Yes I received the mail that I'm on the bonus program. I put the first $ 300 and after a couple of days ~ $ 250

First things first:

Did you purchase them in the same Calendar Month?

Secondly did you purchase in USD or another Currency?

With regards to number 1 thats good. With regards to number 2 you cant just use a currency Conversion (as that won't work)

Basically if you wanted to buy $500 worth you would have needed to buy 5 Full priced Vaults (whatever that costs in Rupees)

Also Taxes don't count towards the $500

*Note this is why they should have kept the system at Vaults and not moved to to a Dollar amount.

Tardavic, when I send you a letter through contact support, you will not get the notification in the mail.notice to the post only comes when I buy gold and nothing else

As for them not responding i'm not sure? Did you try responding to an existing ticket or have you tried to send in a new ticket. Unfortunately i have no more pull in Gree than you do and i don't know their inner workings so i can't help there.

Perhaps you can send Tardavic your ticket number and he can look at the total dollar amount you spent.

@Bndawgs, go to "contact support" in-game.. Type in that you want to sign up for the gold rewards program.
Also use "gold rewards" for the title. Done
