hey guys, my phone was factory reset, then updated to ios 7. Somehow i lost all of my data, and when i try to load the old data, it wont come up. Yet all of my achievements on gamecenter are still there. I lost a lvl 187 character which i spent quite a bit of money on. Is there anyway to contact Gree to get this back?
Please ignore my siggy, its old as heck and i have not updated it in years.

1. Submit a Ticket to Gree via email to "en-support@gree.net "

2. Label subject along the lines of "Factory Reset - Please Transfer My Account Back"

3. In the body - include the reason and also the following:

*-Your old character's invite code (the 9-digit player ID associated with
your game, which can be found under your profile)*


*-Your old character's exact name (case sensitive) and last known level*


*-The invite code of the new character showing up on your new device
(should be around a level 1 when you first install the app)*


*For security purposes, please also provide as much of the following
information as possible:*

*-Any copies of gold/gem/cash purchases made through iTunes or Google
Wallet (you can attach these to the reply to this email)*


*-Recent in-game gold/gem purchases*


*-Your last login time*

you need to send a ticket ingame, include your old characters code,level and name. the return time is anywhere form 1-2 days

I lost a lvl 187 character which i spent quite a bit of money on.
the angels watching over you are trying to save you from spending more money and you are in a hurry to jump into the gutter again .. i don't get it :confused:

eh .. ignore me .. just contact support, they'll be happy to have u back!
