Building walls !!!!

Hi this might sound like a silly question but is it ture that you have to have 30 bonuses before you can buy walls, this is something i got told from our leader but i thought you could buy them at any point. I would just like someone to clear this up for me thanks.

No. You can buy walls at any time without any bonuses.

Melee Attack, Hideout Health and another set of Syndicate Slots require 30 previously bought bonuses.

As long as you have money and bricks in your syndicate bank, you can build and upgrade walls.
