Has anyone been able to do one in the last couple of days. Keep getting account information incorrect errors even on a newly registered and verfied account.

I also got a similar error when trying to create a new account on bluestack can't make account other account on my two devices as they are both linked to my first ID created which had no issues.

You have to submit a ticket..
Pray you dont get "R" that guy is totally useless and obviously has the reading comprehension of a rock..... and yet Gree refuses to fix the problems....

Oh man, this doesn't sound good...I broke my droid screen last night. Just got a new device and did the whole create a new account and send a ticket with all the info I could (you know the usual "name of first born" "preferred shampoo" blonde/brunette etc). Hoping this goes smoothly/quickly.

Yesterday I sumbitted a new ticket for an existing transfer. I did not get "R"; I got Morgan. Fast, accurate, professional, and easy.
