Bad Beat Contest

Since myself and many others in sA have been losing to people over 1 million less stats I thought it would be fun to see who got the worst bad beat. Please post your screen shots if you can and let's see who had the worst.

I personally lost to someone with 1.21m less than me (can't figure out how to post SS though).

No losses so far, but fellow squirrels have had times when they thought they'd lost to people several million points below their attack. At least one turned out to have 10 million D rather than 1.

Gree need to fix the display on battle screens so the last digit shows up. It looks like just the offset on the right hand window needs changing to the same as left side to correct things.

Not sure what you mean? Rivals I'm sure you see boosted stats. Allies and guild members are unboosted still (and get that sorted please Gree - it's totally dumb)

I'd also beaten this guy multiple times.

I don't know if you have many losses against this player or if it happens 20%, 50% or whatever% of your attacks. So I can't say if it's normal or not. But here is my experience :
The defender has 78% of your atk in this case. What I know after many massive runs is that I never had loss against players who have def under 70% my atk. Over 70% the odd is increasing with the ratio.
The stat inflation make the bracket of possible loss ever larger.

You see rivals unbuffed stats. So if they have 40% in defense bonuses, you need to add that to see if you indeed suffered a bad beat. Your screenshot to me, does not reflect a bad beat, rather an expected loss.

U actually see their boosted stats.

I have seen myself and other guild members on scouting reports and other guilds intel on us reflects our boosted stats.
There was a time when this was not so but gree corrected that a while ago.

Four members of my guild, including myself, lost to a player that stats was 1.987 mil or there abouts. When I looked at his units, it was clear the real stat was well above 10 million. I agree that it is a Gree bug/whatever that wont show the stat right.

Unfortunately it could be that the person is actually over 10m in which case you don't see the last place. Gree, the failures that they are, boosted stats higher than they can display. Way to program idiots

Lol! To be fair, the designers never imagined the stat inflation which has happened.

Shouldn't be too tricky to fix. On my "window" there's enough room to show an extra digit. On the rival's there isn't, because the designers have created a mirror image around the centre. Just change it so the right side is identical to the left side - problem solved.

Usually by pressing the on/off button and home button together.

There is a thing called Army ATK skill and Army DEF skill... which I've never seen a formula how this affects things... so is a consideration as well.

Didn't you see my post? I have 213 atk skill, and was 1.5 million higher in stats.... pretty sure 213 atk skill is higher than most people out there......

It is your boosted stats. I had a friend in another guild attack me and told me my defense. It was my BOOSTED stats. So losing when you have 1-2mil more attack than your opponent's defense is simply BS.

I'm passing on what was said to me by gree. 4-5 wars ago a friend and I tested it, so if that has changed, it was a stealth fix. All I know is I go for a 30% difference, n never have a problem :P

All I can say is when I've seen intel gathered by others, my own D has been accurate (except for one comedic episode this war when some ancient intel on Fighting Squirrels was put up on a chat app)

They have changed more than once which stats are visible to whom. It's not like Gree tells us anything so we have to figure out on our own. It's been my belief that the stats we see are un boosted and the battle results I see seem to bare that out. I do not know for positive though.

Considering it is fairly well known that the windows don't show stats over 10 million correctly I didn't think I needed to state that my attack is 11 mil. Wait actually I did when I said they were 2.1 million below me.
