View Full Version : Need HELP on trasfer my account from my old Ipad to my new Ipad! PLZ

here is what i read on the FAQ:


How do I transfer my an account?
You can transfer your account through the Funzio ID system.
1. Make sure the game is installed on both devices.
2. Create a Funzio ID on the device with the account you would like to keep. You can do this by going to Menu -> More -> Funzio ID.
3. Put the same Funzio ID info onto the device you would like to transfer to (the Funzio IDs have to be the same to transfer. If one is different from the other, delete and reinstall the game on the device you want to transfer to and add the information from the Funzio ID on the first device).
4. IMPORTANT: Now go into the account you want to transfer. Hit the transfer button on the Funzio ID page. This will get your account ready to transfer. (ALWAYS hit the transfer button on the account you want to keep playing).
5. Log into the Funzio ID using the device you want to complete the transfer with. Your game will now be transferred to the new device.




what i did is:

- on the the new device i install the game without log in, just follow the new character creation
- on the old device i click on Transfer, selected "old device", put the password and then the game say is all set!
- on the new device i sign in with the same Funzio ID, email and password but NOTHING! then i click on Transfer and set device as "new device", put the password and i receive a message that there is no old device set!!!!

what i'm doing wrong?

someone is so nice to tell me what exactly i have to do PLZ? :(
my english is not so good!

I just asked for help. I gave all the information possible of the old and new account and receive an email where they ask me the same things? what do you smoke?

I have given you back the information you request, enclosing a screenshot and now the silence ....


Its time to quit, no more time for a game like this with NO SUPPORT!
Days, weeks waiting for nothing...

Hope they soon will fix this. It is anoying and I dont need an iPad just to play KA. Fix it or lose me.... I'm not a patient man so dont take to long either......

Sent a ticket to gree about switching accounts. I had the same problem and they transferred it correctly. But allow 1-3 day for it to completed. Gree isn't the fastest

Does any one know the corp address so I can report them to correct BBB and Attorney General for fraud.

If you have paid for anything via credit card, you can open a fraud charge against them with that credit card company. If enough people do that and the card company decides the business is operating in an unacceptable manner with to clients, they can/will stop processing charges for that business.

The BBB is a private company. They only take complaints for paying business members that belong to the BBB. The BBB is a joke, and a fraud themselves.
