Vito, your numbers are slightly off. It should look something like this:

Building Level
Building Payout
Upgrade Cost

1
$119,048
$10,000,000

2
$238,096
$16,700,000

3
$416,668
$27,889,000

4
$654,764
$46,574,630

5
$952,384
$77,779,632

6
$1,309,528
$129,891,986

7
$1,726,196
$216,919,616

8
$2,202,388
$362,255,759

9
$2,738,104
$604,967,117

10
$3,571,440
$1,010,295,085

Edit: Since people are quoting this already I will put this all into one post.

Previous totals assumes no mods. Multiply building payout by your building output modifier (e.g. +40% means multiply the number by 1.40), and multiply upgrade cost by (1 - your upgrade modifier as a decimal). E.g. -30% off building upgrades means you multiply the upgrade cost by 0.70.

Total cost to upgrade without modifiers: $2,503,272,825

Also notice that the LTB is only ~13 days, 22 hours total. Meaning that it is now impossible to finish an LTB without gold upgrades.

To gold finish the construction (wisest choice since it's 5 gold per hour instead of 10 gold per hour like upgrades), it will cost 120 gold. Then there are 408 upgrade hours of the LTB, since prizes are awarded when the upgrade starts, and thus, you only need time to upgrade to level 9. At the time of this writing, there is 13 days, 20 hours left in the event = 332 hours.

408 upgrade hours - (current time left in event) = 408 - 332 = 76 hours

10 gold per hour of upgrade time means 120 gold + 760 gold = 880 gold to complete the event minimum.

Only 13 days to complete all the upgrades for the LTQ. It requires gold to get the final prizes. I assume that's why the prizes have stats exceeding the current pace of inflation.

Vito6593

510 hours total to complete.

BUT you will get begin lvl 10 (and get the prize) after 432hrs = 18 days

The event only lasts for 14 days so it is impossible to complete without gold

I have a question (I need ur opinion):
I have 70mil and I wanted to upgrade my NC to level 2.
Instead I can upgrade this LTB to level 4.
What should I do?
Go for the bigger iph? Or go for the items?

LTB, hands down. Upgrade NC when you can't upgrade an LTB any more.

I'm always afraid of those ltbs that start with 90mil building - those r way too expensive for me.
I am afraid to miss this chance (the current "reachable" ltb) but for the long run it will add 40k to my iph, which is nothing.
Theoretically I can upgrade my NC once or even twice and then next ltb I will be able to upgrade it to level 7 - which may compensate the items I will "lose" for not upgrading now.
Do u understand my dilemma?

I usually recommend players have two Level 3 NCs before participating in LTBs. However, this LTB is quite clearly different, as the rewards are massive. You should definitely have at least two L2 NCs, and upgrading to L2 is the first thing you should do after purchasing an NC (since it triples the building income for slightly more than the price of an NC, or even less if you have good upgrade mods).

There's no indication LTB items will be this good again. There's no indication that LTBs will be cheap enough for someone with a level 1 NC to afford again. Capitalize on that fact now, and focus on upgrading your NC before the next LTB.

I like the game and the people I've met. I don't like the direction the game is heading, as the stats/modifier hyperinflation is doomed to failure. I also do not approve of GREE's handling of the game, though I doubt anyone does at this point.

At this point "hyperinflation " with increased accessibility to the new players will attempt to balance and motivate temporarily the majority of the active players. {....missing alternative - Gree knows !...}

Unless you need the space, why would you sell it? Just collect it with the 24 hour. If it gets robbed some times, so what? You still get some $$ for it. If it doesn't get robbed, BONUS!! The only thing that is hurt by having a building that gets robbed often is your ego.

I disagree a bit. I'd say given prizes from the last boss event, the current LTQ, and the current case event, and now the LTB, Gree have holistically increased loot items, and are setting a new benchmark. In terms of loot items, I would argue that this is the new norm. However I do agree that we've now gotten 3 "cheap" LTBs in a row, so the next one screams to be expensive, so get in while the getting is good.

However I do agree that we've now gotten 3 "cheap" LTBs in a row, so the next one screams to be expensive, so get in while the getting is good.

They also had a brief series of mega events with the Viktor Klaus boss event, the mega-LTQ, the wins and win streak prizes (all of which had +30% modifiers), as well as a collect-100 event that had a hidden +10% gun attack modifier on the collect-100 item. They then toned down the events again, and the following Collect-20 had a 2k item for the 20th item, and the LTQ had a 6k final prize, etc. People are looking for patterns where there are none. Just because GREE used to alternate between cheap and expensive buildings, doesn't mean they will continue doing so. A lot of times I don't even think GREE has a cohesive plan. As it is, though, the cheap LTBs recently seemed to indicate that they wanted LTB events to be an event accessible to newer players, as opposed to just long-time players with mega-IPHs. But GREE can shift directions in an instant, as they continue to do, and thus why I say someone should capitalize now if they can.

my iph is 10 mil and i have tens of other buildings that need to be upgraded. i will delete this building because i do not wish to stick to stupid collection hours. i like to stay organized and on top of my collections. i will keep only 12/24/48 hour collection builds. any other build is just nonsense and deserves to be deleted. i upgraded the last LTB (barber shop) to level 10 and deleted it because the collection time was sssssshhhhiii...awesome! :D

I'm quite glad they increased the stats for the LTB prizes, given stat inflation.

Hopefully this will help people who actually care about their income fend off the 10,000attack/level players who only have 50k iph.
