Many thanks to the team at Gree!! I play CC on my phone and had an issue with my charging port and lost the ability to log into the game. Got my new phone and they got me back up and running on my new device with my original hood!!

Gree will tell you to do the following:

Reply with your original character name (case sensitive), MAFIA ID#, and recent gold purchases.

The will also want the name, level and MAFIA ID# on ur current game.

If you dont know your old mafia id# then they will ask you to have some1 post on your wall and ask for their id# so they can track you down.
