Issues with Faction Points!! Admin help

We've been tracking our faction points per player and we've actually had some players that have lost points over the last few weeks -- which doesn't make any sense! Of course I realize they are not used for anything yet but once that feature is rolled out, we want to ensure everyone is getting their earned credit.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If an admin can check into it, we'd appreciate it! :D

could U make it simple, that when people leave and rejoin faction their donations and faction points arent resetted but put back like it was before quitting that faction? Would be nice :)
