closing a ticket

i was wondering would one of the team close my ticket 1078951. i don't want my ticket to take up their time . the issue has now been sorted . i would contact them again asking to close it but that would be another ticket. i was gonna pm one of the staff here but the is no link in their profiles to a send pm.

You can close the ticket yourself.

On any open ticket that you have, type close ticket in the comments box. Below that box will be a "Please consider this request resolved." with a little checkbox next to it. Check the box then hit the submit button.

You should open a new ticket asking them to close your old ticket.
