Game chrashes - even after re-install

Hi folks,

one of our members has the problem that the game chrashes when he tries to start the app. Even deleting and reinstalling doesn't change anything... of course he can not send a ticket that way :(
Any ideas how to help him?

iPhone 4s with iOS5... I just told him to upgrade to iOS 7
