I got Blackfrost Raiment from quild wars. Should I fuse it away or max?

Its a descent armor and just judging by your signature it would be good for you. Especially if its a plus.

It isn't plus version. I don't know is it worth of upgrading, because I'm getting Armor of the infernal lord+ in two days.

It's not that good of an armor to be honest, but it's better than anything you have right now.

Blackfrost and Infernal lord share no elements, why wouldn't you want more diversity in your armors? There is only about a 200 stat point difference between the + and non-plus of Blackfrost(100 atk/defense roughly), it's still a 2100 total stat combo, which is equal to or greater then all the Bigger 4 + Armors that you can craft. More then worth it for right now, until you can get an Water/Spirit EB+ armor at least, then you can try to use it to fuse for a 5 star armor(assuming there are any 5 stars that can be fused by using a water/spirit right now).

Level it. Its max stats are better than the ones you have, about the same as infernal.

Based on you'r current armors i'd say LvL it - Also you dont have the element combo which could be useful for you. LvL it and then fuse it when you get a replacement.
