free gold vids still not working, anyone else?

two wars have gone and past with multiple updates and data pushes and still i cant watch a single free gold vid. i know im not alone but most are able to see at least 4 a day. anyone know of a fix for this? i have sent multiple tickets to gree and all they ever come back with is "we are aware of the problem" no other info is given even when asked. this is a huge disadvantage for us that dont get them, i say give one give all .

I have one account on droid and able to watch videos there. My main account is IOS and still no videos. I got them one day about 2 months ago and never again. No help from Gree for me either - same reply

Same here on iPad. I have gone to Tapjoy and complained but it didn't do any good.

Its depend on your country aswell from what i understand.
The US players get the most vid since the market there is big.

I have a iPhone and I haven't been able to watch videos ever. All the tickets I have sent to Gree get closed and never resolved. If a mod can help me with this, I would be very happy. Thanks! BTW. I live in California, USA!!!

I live in California, USA too. My son gets them on his Ipod touch but I don't on mine sitting right across the table from him on our lunch break...

I was experiencing problems. I could only watch 3 vids per day. It seems to be working on my infected account now (iPad)... I am about to find out if my LLP Crash is working (iPhone)... gotta love that free gold!

same here. I have never gotten any videos to ever come up. I have messaged Gree over and over again, and they always just close my request. Even when I respond back to them, they just tell me they can't do anything about it. Its all BS.

I watched over 20 yesterday, between my two accounts.

How about it gree, want to chime in here and give us a little insight why people that should have access to free vids are not getting them ?

What a mess. Like all things Gree, no rhyme or reason. I have an iPhone and an iPod that used to get 20 a day and now gets less than 10. I have a Droid that hasn't gotten one in months.
