How long those it take for gree to respond back after sending a ticket. Also how can I transfer an account on my iPhone 5 to my iPad 2

depends on the Issue, my last 3 or 4 tickets have been responded to in a matter of hours.

here are a couple suggestions, also try a search for transferring accounts there are a ton of threads out on this, not many clear answers from the powers that be, but enough to get you started

Well we definitely know the response time on the forum is about 10am pst next day if you post after 5pm pst lol

Hahaha.

I've been waiting on a response to my ticket for a refund after accidentally hitting the finish expansion button. I'll post here how long it takes.

I've had 20 minute response time and a follow up fix within 48 hours.

response time doesnt mean anything, cause it also means they close the ticket and give U a copy-paste answer from their database and dont solve the problem 99% of time.

I have been waiting a day and a half after Gree thoroughly botched a simple transfer of two profiles between devices. They escalated to an engineer now to fix, (36 hours ago) meanwhile a limited time event keeps moving past. And the boss approaching. I wonder if there will be restitution for them losing one of my profiles and having the less important one stuck on both devices?

Lately I would say that the response to any ticket is at least 24-36 hours. with a solution ??? who knows.

when did you send the ticket

Ticket was sent at 8pm PST on Saturday 11/3. Response and refund received today at 5pm.

Lost access to me account entirely. MW (and all other gree games) thinks my phone is a new device and gave me a new account. 2 days and counting with nothing but an automated "we got your email"

What is needed to put in the support ticket so Gree can get everything detailed and correct the first time for a transfer? I sent one last nite at 11:26pm est. with my old account invite code and my new invite code. I also put which devices I'm using. Was that enough? How long should I wait to send another ticket in?
