Maybe something similar could happen here, not as NPCs, but prizes named for prominent players past and present. That'd be cool.

Tempting too, to just use Garbage Pail Kids names, but one thing is for sure. You should make sure that the names are less objectionable than many of the names you have removed from players which themselves were less offensive than some of the special loot item names.

NPC:
