View Full Version : More Downtime? "Brief" Server issue?

OMG, is anyone else having an issue connecting to the game? It's bad enough they had scheduled downtime IN THE MIDDLE OF A RAID BOSS EVENT, but this now makes twice that they've had a "brief" server issue causing more than a couple hours of downtime AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EVENT!!! This is probably one time they should either extend the time or give some kind of compensation.

Same here. These issues are the reason I have stopped paying to play this game a while back.

I want to be compensated for the gold i spent in this event along with my team. stuck on level 27 and can't complete because of these issues. Won't happen though. good job gree.......

Oh and BTW. Woot woot, my first "started" thread!!! and it was to complain about connections issues...that's always a good sign lol

For what your servers and programming and service have already screwed plent of ppl out of prizes and real money spent. at this point you shpould be compesating us for your mistakes not saying that they will be fixed at the end of a event

I agree if anyone who is on 27/27 should be compansated the final item as we would do it but can not due to GREE.

You can't pm forum mods.
Could you imagine the amount of crap people would pm them? Their inbox would need to have room for 1000 plus and a staff of 15 sorting through them.

Thankfully I was able to find one whose PMs weren't turned off. I do agree though, I'm sure they get TONS of crap from people, albeit with legitimate issues most likely.. ;)
