Normal ltq prize not received!

Has any other syndicate not received the main prize for completing normal chain? We completed the 7x80's only for the counter to reset itself to 0/7 and not give anyone the prize! Has this happened to others?

Some of ours got it some didn't. Must be a common fault

Thanks guys, that was what I was hoping. I do not know about your syndicates, but the whole episode seemed to deflate ours. Even though we had 2 hours left of event, everyone just gave up rather than going for some more of the elite chains prizes!
