Low xp jobs. High reward xp. Average stats on ltq keeping in mind the current stat inflation.

Yeah difference seems to be higher xp rewards than last time, but the jobs are still low xp.

Elite is horrible energy. Don't know what's next. First 2 levels are tooo much energy. :(
