Contact Apple and Google so anyone who spent gold on the boss gets refunded

Wow, this is frustrating. A lot of gold is getting plunked down for the level 100 boss and CC goes down for 30 minutes. It's difficult enough keeping people motivated on an event like this and now we have to hope that we still have people's attention when CC comes back.

This is crazy...it goes in and a scratcher pops up, but when I hit scratch all, it says it cannot connect to the server. Everyone in my syn who is on iOS is already done with the normal mode.

You're right, it is just a game. THE PROBLEM IS, it's a game that possibly thousands of people just forked out $100's of dollars on to be robbed of because of a "brief server issue". Idk about anyone else but I've been locked out for about an hour now, that's not very "brief."

Can't summon any new bosses to play around with in our group. Glad we had completed our goals earlier and we are just trying for the extra prizes now. My mini's stats dropped from 400K to 100K attack, still getting the right amount of hit points against bosses though.

That solution doesn't work for me. We haven't summoned a boss since the server incident. people lost money and no one is willing to invest more at the moment. Im not sure what the most equitable solution is, but it needs to be something that doesn't penalize us for time lost while waiting to hear from Gree if the issue will be addressed.

I wish this server problem never came up. :( atleast after the server maintenance. :p
