after jumping around for the raid boss event I went to go home to my guild and cant get back in. In fact i can not get in any guilds at all. When i send a request to join everyone gets a message saying I am already in another guild even though I am sitting out in the cold. Once I saw the problem i tried applying to a bunch of guilds and cant get in anywhere.

MOC, I sent you a request as you guys seem the most active on here, try to accept Tris and see if it works. Maybe you guys have a suggestion on how i can fix this problem Thanks!

have you been able to rejoin yet? I have a member that shows a list of another guilds members but he cant leave or join any guild.

No, I am still stuck in no mans land. I tested it and created my own guild, but I still can not join any other guilds.

One of our guild mates has the same issue, we cannot see him, but his screen shows he is in our guild, I heard there are others..

Dear Sirius, this seem to only take place after the server update ... The game still seems glitchy as hell... . the "QUIT guild " option seems broken... Please look into it now for the guild wars are coming! My case (request #1069243)

Another thing about it is, I am missing all the guild drops for the guild quest! Where's that chalice wyrm and the chalice dragon 20percent stats boost you are hiding!

A guild mate of mine is also stuck in guild limbo. She can see limited info about the guild, her chalice registers in guild count but under the name Ex-Guild Member. She can't create, leave or join any guild. Gree, if you are listening, she has been a regular paying customer for a very long time. If you don't fix this soon, you are going to lose this good customer!!! If she quits this game, a bunch of us paying customers will follow suit!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

I am able to create guilds, just not join others. Ticket sent earlier. if no response by tomorrow i will start to worry as the war is coming up.

Have to see which guilds you were in that might still show you on their roster. Guild leader has to boot you. Then you should be free to join guild of your choice again.

Afraid didn't work for me. Don't come up on the roster of last guild. Missing units from guild quest and also stuck in limbo. Ticket ref 1073800.

Seems a few on here having same problems...some communication from Gree at least acknowledgment would be assuring?

Seems like the sever update had some less than desirable results....if ANY of the mods (CJ, Sirus, Assualt&Batterty, etc...) could let us KNOWN anything that would be a good start, as I'm seeing issues in CC as well...silence isn't a good sign from the mods

2. Keeping silent is the easy way and we know gree always keeps silent if things go wrong.

But serious now... Nowadays these fora only contain threads for issues, bugs, bad customer service. Where is the time this was a player community where game tactics etc were discussed.

First point is irrelevant really with all due respect. If it was designed like that you wouldn't be able to do it. However your second point is well made really and it's due to customer service, poor communication and amount of bugs that affect the game

My first point is more ironic, but its valid. Gree never expected this when they designed it. It was a workaround solution by guilds to cope with the too difficult events. And let's be honest... There is so much in this game that shouldnt be possible, but still is...

I hope your issue is solved quicky nevertheless.

I experienced the exact same problem and sent in a ticket with screen shots as well... I also received the same reply. It should also be noted that I was not jumping guilds, but merely trying to get my new character into one.
GREE, this needs to be fixed quickly and compensation for units lost provided!

I was sort of able to get back into my guild. I now can see requests and the member list, but do not show up on the members list. No one can see me in the guild and I cant leave the guild. I still have the tabs to create a guild, join another guild etc, but when i click on them i get a message telling me I need to leave my guild to join another. I am my guilds GG and now since they cant see me they will have to select another one, I am also the high scorer most wars so if I can not fight they will lose a lot of points and I will lose all of the war bonuses setting me back. And after all of that is said, Gree will lose the 3-4 mountains I spend each war... Maybe bringing up the money will get someone to take note...

A issue with daylight savings, it's y2k all over..wht they get some very old IBM parts on clearance to use in the servers, and now have date and time issues that locks some people out of guilds...

Gree replied to my ticket (that i sent several hours later) about not getting the 20% boost from the box unit but still no response to my ticket about being stuck in guild limbo land. I hear a couple RK are also stuck in limbo, maybe that will get Gree to do something...

The problem isn't cuased by jumping to other guilds. I left my guild to sell some buildings for upgrading the witch lair. Upon trying to rejoin got stuck in limbo. The problem again relates to bad programming. If the devs are currently looking into jumping into other guilds as being the problem, they would be looking in the wrong place.

By the way, I wasn't able to upgrade the witch lair. No guild bonus in limbo land. I'm also not seeing the unit my guild received in the mystic chalice quest. I got the spash screen of guild completion of each unit, but nothing in my inventory. Not happy...

Does that work? Do you get full (half) price for the building? Gonna have to try that next time. (I sold a few of mine too but didn't seem to get much for them)

Hi. My problem is same :/ im out/ in on a half way. I tried help other guild but when i accepted the request my char is stucked. I cant leave but when i check in my profile i see i dont have a guild but when i try join to the guild i saw im a member in a other guild. If u need i can upload any screenshot.

It's irrefutable like all other ILTQ, this current predicament and the corresponding effects are due to issues from server side ... I think it's only fair that what was lost be returned, what was wrong to be righted.

Moving on, we need an answer for this two issues:

A) release from limbo
b) return of missing units

Is it safe to go outside?

I'm cowering in my current guild wanting to leave but in fear I'll be locked out for war.

Was this a one-time event that affected a relatively small number of people?

Have other people been moving between guilds/creating new guilds without problems?

CJ and others,

There are many issues with this game as mentioned previously. Some are more important than others. I, for example, created a guild for my mini and achieved several bonuses. He completed the first part of the guild quest and was booted from the guild, ha ha. I've given up on sending a ticket since it really doesn't matter and I don't want to have to wait for a long time. It is what it is.

With other's being kicked out of the guild and in limbo, YL having his account reset, and many more issues CJ, we are really looking forward to help on outstanding tickets and bugs in the game. It appears to be a vicious cycle, for which some cannot handle it anymore. Please look into solutions such as:
beta testing,
OR further beta testing,
having more programmers available and head issues off at the pass,
give customer service a time-frame to respond and look into issues, etc.

Honestly, how about shutting the game down for a week or two, iron out the issues and start it up again? I know some will respond with $$$, but for the sake of the game and retaining customers please change the normal routine.

Okay, good news. We have a fix for this. It has to be done through support. We have multiple people running through our KA reports today working on getting people who reported this fixed up.

The fix will boot you from all guilds, and you will have to reapply to any guild you want to join after we fix you up, but the problem should not reoccur.

Here's what to do: You send a ticket in to support saying exactly what you said in this post. The support agent will clear the issue for you, which will remove you from all guilds. Then you either apply to a guild you want to join, or can make your own if that is what you would like.

Only issue after being let out of limbo: when officers go to accept, a pop up declares that I've already joined another guild. So, not quite fixed. Close, though.

I also talked to guild leader and asked her if she can see me on the member list and she says no. So basically I am a ghost on the front page of my guild.

Okay, so we remotely loaded up some of the accounts that were still having issues after we applied a fix, and we didn't see anything. Which means this is potentially device-local.

What that means is, if you have contacted us and we sent you back a response saying that the issue should be cleared now, and it isn't: try a delete and reinstall from the app store, which should clear the client-side bit. If that still doesn't help, let us know. EDIT: If you haven't gotten a reply back from us yet on your ticket, don't do that yet. We need to first remove all guild connections from your account.

Not sure yet, we're still looking into why this is fixed for some people and not others. Definitely make sure to update the ticket that the issue is not yet solved, if you haven't already.

Cj I'm still have the problem I sent this twice because i didn't get any reply.I have problem When I press the guild button, I get a little info. I can see members, I can see applicants. I am not on the member list. There is no chat button. I can't leave the guild. My guild mates can't see me. My chalices showed on the guild quest under ex-guild member. When I got another chalice, that number went up. The guild completed the chalice quest, but I didn't get the last 3 units. I got the first 2 units before I tried to change guilds. I worried about next war coming and I want to be part of it.also I lost 10k and22k and 73 k units can you add them to me I get message that receive unit but ther didn't add to my units .plz help me.thanks

"Your request (#Urgent: problem with guild membership invisible) has been closed. This means that the issue is being worked on now, or the issue is solved."
(the highligthing is mine)

But for sure the problem still exists for me. And I assume Gree don't have me on the radar as the ticket is closed. So I've sent a new ticket....

Sorry, but thats the answer on every ticket. They close it always even if not fixed. I remember what gree said last year... Sorry we are understaffed and are corrcting this situation and will gove better support. The result a year later is... We are understaffed, but added a sentence to tickets that we are very busy and we close the ticket always as we did take the time to reply to the ticket.

Making promises leads to ppl having expectations. Strange enough, gree thinks different about keeping a promiss and improving things.

And lets not blame the gree employees... They are just doing what their management tells them.

Actually I've had several tickets solved in a very satisfactory way - that including in fair speed.
And I'm not blaming, I'm just making a heads up based on experiences with many different support teams (mainly outside Gree context). In this particular case of guild lock-out having an ("old") closed ticket and what seems to be a one-by-one fix is very likely implying you stay in limbo.

Edit: But I'm still worried that'll not be ready for war....

CJ or Sirius like so many others im stuck in guild limbo and my TICKET#1073198. I has not gotten a follow up in a while after they sent me the gree standard protocal for transfering a game which is infuriating because that was my last ticket that was resolved after only taking 3 weeks. Do the people actually read what the customer writes is the issue? Granted even if the argument is people dont communicate clearly why not ask a follow up instead of guessing. Any shot this can be fixed before war???

I was removed from the guild but I still can not get into any existing guilds. When i request the officer trying to accept me still gets a message saying i am already in a guild. new ticket sent. ticket# 1083326

I too am getting very worried. This has been going on for almost 96 hours. I've sent in multiple tickets 1073329 1073626 and 1082978. I have not gotten a reply to any of them. With just a little over 24 hours to go before the war, do we have any hope of being able to get into a guild? I already missed out on the last 3 units on the guild box event. My stats are falling behind already. If I can not be in a guild for the war, I fall way behind.

Ticket#1080913 got closed, but our member is still stuck in the same state. Please look further into it.

And please move the war dates back to the original date of 11/15, unless you can fix this for real in time.

Hey guys, this is #1 thing on the radar today and we want to have this fixed asap. It turned out to be a trickier issue than was apparent. I or another admin will provide updates as soon as we have some, but right now the engineers are still working on this.

Well done Gree. I will now be raising a ticket for the missing units. They even flashed up when in game, but they are not there and this is proved by the fact I don't have the guild quest anymore...therefore it shows I completed it

Cj thanks a lot for helping me out of limbo land plz notice that when we are hidden in the guild galice that we open count in guild and we receive message for receiving units but they didn't add to us.i can't get 3th 4th 5th unit.everyone get it . I think it's only fair that what was lost be returned, what was wrong to be right
