Unfortunately, I am also missing the final prize from the heroic raid boss. (Ticket #1067484) I fought the hard-won event with TAG, and got the splash screen, but no unit in my inventory. Please help with these two tickets as soon as possible! Thanks

I understand all that try to get their problem fixed here, but maybe gree better sets up an extra sub forum section for escalation on support tickets in a formal well structured way.
