We are towards the end of normal now too. 20/22. Looking for reinforcements for the upcoming high levels/high health bosses. Need to get the syndicate goal prizes for these 2 levels for the synd before we can jump over to another synd.

I may well be mistaken... but when you jump from your syn you will lose all your syn goal prizes/bonuses...

If that's correct, then doesn't it come back to you again once you return to the synd?
