To get my prize for beating an epic boss? If I am on the leaderboard with enough points I DONT get my prize unless CC is running (I can lock my phone and I'll still get it). Really inconvenient.

That's not true. I've scored my 650,000k in damage, turned my phone off, came back and still got the prize

It's in your inventory, just no pop up

Yes got lots of complain about that but I keed saying check in the history tab of the boss event and press reward on the boss you were ranked.

Yes. You still get the prize, just don't always get the splash screen. Check the history tab and it will show you what you got.

My stats don't show an increase unless I log out and log back in. Don't know if that helps, but good luck.
