A guy in my group is getting a new phone today. He asked if both phones need to be in service to transfer his CC game. Any info would be appreciated. I heard that getting a funzio ID helps make the process easier. Is that true also? Thanks.

no, all he needs to do is connect the old phone to wifi

yes get a funzio id, takes like 2 minutes to transfer the game
