I was very, very impressed to find that Elita listened to all our whinings and put up an official suggestions thread! I thinks this will really improve the moods of some players and hopefully make a difference in this game. Great job.

Anyone can "take" suggestions. The important part is actually doing something about them.

First step: Listen to all the complaints and suggestions.

Second step: discuss some of the points with the game developers. Toss out ridiculous or unreasonable requests. Implement sensible requests or some compromise between a number of sensible requests, and enhance the game in a way that still holds to the original values of the game while increasing the game play enjoyment for the masses. In the meantime, these new implementations should be beta tested free of kinks and bugs before they are released to the gamers.

The second step is much much more challenging than the first. I do hope that they plan to see this through all the way. Instead, if the suggestion thread was there only to diffuse the complaints and to create an allusion that they "care" then I would not be happy about that. I guess time will tell!

There are a lot of serious people on these forums who would be willing to contribute valuable and thoughtful, discuss the merits and drawbacks of ideas and collaborate on presenting a cohesive representation of proposed changes offered on the forums. Beta testing, for instance is quite valuable. Official designations to motivated members of the community, like moderators, beta testers, or simply a group to consolidate and present ideas would be a good start. For meaningful input, we need a reliable way for people those who are serious to discuss important game related changes. This would take weight off of GREE themselves, offer the chance for a selected few to consolidate proposed ideas, offer merits and drawbacks, and present them in a professional and coherent manner, absent all flaming and off topic remarks.

Other games have done this. Have applications for official contributing members. Create a place for those selected to discuss. Provide tasks to them, and give deadlines for presenting the desired information. GREE, this will be much more valuable to you than trying to comb through the all of nonsense presented on this forum and tease out the quality additions yourselves. It will also make your implementation of any ideas easier because potential drawbacks and benefits can be presented along with the idea itself.... free labor, how can you pass that up. Create this option, and my guess is that you will see a positive response from the community
