The Mexico list will come in its own good time. Sometimes it is fast, other times slow.
I like to imagine that factions that cheat are removed before the list is published, so this explains why our faction (money less and cheat free) always gains a number of places when the list comes out.
With so much disarray at headquarters, I would prefer for Gree employees to be working on other elements of the game just now.

....either that, or they're just going to roll it into the next one for Italy and we will have some kind of new average positioning system, lol
