I am a leader of Toxic Metropolis. We recently merged our faction in an effort to reach the Top 25.
We now have a less than half-full junior faction that would love to bring in as many as 21 players to immediately compete for Top 500+.
We have good bonuses and oversight from our main faction. We can provide recruiting services and help you ascend the ranks quickly like we did... Top 1500 to #62 in 3 months.
