Requirements to join: All faction leaders may post info

Hi everyone, so I thought it would be a good idea to make a thread where faction leaders could post there requirements to join and the name of there faction. And afterwords I would try to copy and paste there replies to this thread. So if you wish post your info below.

No it should not, as this is just requirements, it has nothing to do with recruiting. In other words it's for people to see if it would be a waste of time to apply to a faction or not.

We ask for 5x iph per day in cash, use of group me, and a decent activity level.

Side note-I read on a wall once where a member was being asked to change his avatar because only officers were allowed to wear the officers uniform. It cracked me up! Lol

the Night's Watch requires you to be between the height of 5'3" and 6'0" under 200 lbs an female.

It depends on what your faction focus is..

Building up bonus?
FLTQ?
Ranking?
Stats of players (individual achievement in events)?
Activity and Participation?
FVF?

Too many events and you need to least the priorities. Not that you cant get them all but it will be hectic to keep pace.
It also depends on your faction result sheet to attract the right talent.
