Just post a giant bold-faced sticky thread that errors are going to happen and people play at their own risk. Now we have people after every event trying to find some way to claim victim status so they get compensated. It's almost worse than the occasional real screw-up.

If you are actually a free player, run along...nothing to see here...there are people who actually do have a problem here.
I don't, deleted the app after battle and couldn't care less if I got a prize for my xxxx whatever wins but this is no way to run a game.

I made sure I got well over 1000 wins this last war and to be honest I actually wasn't expecting them to hand out these prizes but I'm glad they did.
