3000 units into battle?

Anybody know when or why this started? You can now take 3000 vice 2000 units to battle an opponent.

When, next data set (maybe) Why, who knows, possibly the fact we have so many indestructible units now. Some Sup members may have a 2001 unit being a la royal nantes (about 1300/1300) which could make all the difference.
